The Hidalgo County Bar Association has been in existence since 1928, and has been a valuable resource for our legal professionals and community-at-large. From continuing legal education to member services, we are dedicated to helping our members achieve their goals, and to increasing our community's understanding and appreciation of the legal system. The Hidalgo County Bar Association has a membership roster of in excess of 760 and proudly serves more than 2500 lawyers in 13 surrounding counties.

The Hidalgo County Bar Foundation, founded in 2003, is the charitable and public service arm of the Hidalgo County Bar Association. It is the conduit by which our members support our community through various educational and public service programs.
